Terms of Service
These terms apply when you download, install or play a game published by White Pants Games (“we”, “us”) or visit whitepantsgames.com. By using our games you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.
1. Licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Games downloaded from the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; games from Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Fair play
Please do not:
- cheat, hack, modify or reverse engineer our games, or use bots or exploits;
- copy, resell or redistribute our games or their content;
- use our games for anything unlawful.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Some games may include virtual currencies or items. These have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their refund policies apply. Purchases are linked to your store account and can be restored on a new device with Restore purchases. Our games may also show ads, including optional rewarded ads that give in-game items.
4. Your progress
Game progress is stored on your device and, when you sign in, backed up to our servers. If you never signed in, uninstalling the game or clearing its data may delete your progress permanently, and we cannot restore it. You can delete your account at any time as described on our Support page.
5. Ownership
The games, their art, music, code, names and logos belong to White Pants Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or a feature at any time, for example to fix bugs or improve balance. We try to keep changes fair to existing players.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Our games are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of our games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
